1) What constitutes a family?
One male adult, one female adult, one male child, and one female child doll.
2) Do you give a discount for nonprofit groups?
Most of our customers are nonprofit groups and so, therefore, it is not practical. We have done our best to keep our prices as low as possible. However, when inventory allows, you can purchase some of our "less than perfect" dolls from 5-25% off. The "less than perfect" dolls have some imperfections such as a mouth that is not centered under the nose or a blemish in the material. Please email us if you are interested in finding out more about this type of discount.

4) Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling Charges are calculated based on your location and order total. After entering your shipping address, click Calculate Shipping to see what your total will be before purchasing.
Please note that for foreign countries, customs fees probably apply. You are responsible for all duties, import fees, and customs fees. We do not know what those customs fees are and so you would need to check with your government officials or post office in your country.
We accept only U.S. dollars.
